Our team brings significant construction, engineering and business experience to the design and manufacturing of the STARC Systems temporary containment product line. All of our products are manufactured at Brunswick Landing: Maine’s Center for Innovation. We have expanded our production facility 4 times over the past few years to accommodate our rapid growth. In August 2019, Inc. Magazine named STARC to its top 500 list of the fastest growing companies.
Founder & Chairman of the Board
Tim owns and operates one of Northern New England’s largest construction firms, Hebert Construction of Lewiston, Maine. For over 15 years, Tim has managed all aspects of the projects, customer relations, estimating and schedules. One of Hebert Construction’s primary specialties has been Healthcare restoration and renovation in addition to infection control.
President & CEO
Chris has held several senior leadership positions with building supply, retail and software markets over his 30-year career. He is responsible for setting the direction and leading the team in developing and manufacturing innovative products, delivering exceptional customer service and building the company culture.
Co-Founder & VP / Product Development
Bruce Bickford possesses over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience focusing primarily on mechanical engineering, product development, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Bruce is responsible for all aspects of STARC Systems design and engineering.
VP / Sales Development
Chris has over 25 years of sales, marketing, channel design and customer service leadership in the manufacturing and logistics sectors domestically and internationally. Chris is responsible for developing business in new vertical markets; commercial office, life sciences/biotech and airports.
VP / Marketing & Special Projects
George has over 25 years of marketing, product development and management experience in domestic and international markets. George is responsible for STARC Systems’ marketing, branding and special projects.
VP Finance & Administration
Carolyn has over 25 years of experience as a senior financial executive with public and privately held companies in the retail, manufacturing and technology sectors. Carolyn is responsible for finance, human resources and administration.
VP Strategy & Partnerships
Sam brings significant experience investing in, working with, and assisting high growth companies to maximize their potential. Sam is responsible for the mid-Atlantic region, developing GSA opportunities with the government and the education market.
Rik has 35 years of experience in manufacturing and product development across a number of industries, with emphasis on continuous improvement. Rik is responsible for manufacturing and supply chain management.
