All of our products are manufactured at Brunswick Landing: Maine’s Center for Innovation. We have expanded our production facility 4 times over the past few years to accommodate our rapid growth. In August 2019, Inc. Magazine named STARC to its top 500 list of the fastest growing companies.

Meet the Team

Timothy Hebert

Founder & Chairman of the Board

Tim Hebert, an owner of Hebert Construction, a 3rd generation family-owned Maine company, has extensive experience in occupied healthcare renovations. Across most of his projects, a drywall barrier had to be built to contain dust and debris to protect patient-occupied areas from pathogens. Tim was concerned with the amount of disruption this caused to employees and patients and believed there was a better solution. To bring his vision of a premier reusable temporary containment system to life, he founded STARC in 2012. Tim focuses his efforts on driving innovation providing critical market and product development insight while leading the Board of Directors.
