The Inside Sales Senior Manager will develop and inspire their team to find and close deals leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound tactics. The Leader will manage 6-8 Inside Sales Representatives and will work with sales leadership, marketing and regional teams to drive and close business; support and train their team to maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement, prospecting and lead generation; and manage the career growth and development of ISRs. Summary: STARC Systems is hiring an experienced full-time Team Lead of Sales Development to join their growing team! The Sales Development Team Lead will play a critical role as a player/coach in building out our team, and modeling excellence in Outbound strategies to help grow our business. The primary focus of this position is to lead a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) that are responsible for promoting STARC Systems to deliver qualified leads to the sales team. The team lead will align SDR goals and activities with our Go To Market plans to ensure the company achieves growth targets.
