Chief Financial Officer

Summary: We are hiring a CFO to join our senior leadership team in Brunswick, Maine. The CFO reports to the CEO and is responsible for managing the company’s accounting, budgeting, cash management, and financing, as well as driving forecasting, modeling and analysis. The CFO will collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop the company’s strategic direction and implement plans for systems, processes, and investments.

Content Manager

Summary: The ideal candidate will help us bring our corporate, product, and customer stories to life.  You will work very closely with other marketing team members to write, edit, and proof external facing content, both written and video, internal messaging, training content to ensure brand consistency and adherence to tone and voice. We are looking for an individual that is a storyteller at heart, has proven experience creating impactful and powerful written content, and is looking to be a core part of the team that is defining and building an industry leading brand. You need to be a self-starter that can research any topic, uncover relevant and compelling insights, and create impactful content, develop POVs, and establish thought leadership. You have a deep sense of the marketing funnel, audiences, and personas and are able to create content that is personalized to the audience and results in high engagement and conversion.

Marketing Coordinator

Summary: This person will support the expansion of STARC’s brand and demand generation efforts by collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Product, external agencies, and publications. You will implement and monitor marketing channel programs and tactics that align with the business goals, build brand awareness, and generate leads and demand. You would play a critical role in online and offline event based marketing programs, including where they connect to broader marketing strategies. 

Sales Development Representative

Summary: STARC seeks driven, resilient, coachable, and collaborative Sales Development professionals. Successful candidates will be important drivers of new business opportunities for STARC and will experience the challenge and reward of being a part of the early stages of STARC’s dedicated outbound prospecting efforts.

Customer Service Representative

Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) contributes to STARC’s growth by providing support to STARC’s sales team and customers through the efficient creation of accurate quotes, the entry of orders, the creation of vendor accounts, and the administrative support of channel partners.

Supply Chain Analyst

Summary: The successful Supply Chain Analyst will be a highly motivated, customer-focused, collaborative professional with a track record of maintaining and executing supply chain analysis within a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and team player capable of operating with minimal direction, multi-tasking, organizing, and solving problems creatively.  Strong analytical skills will be core to delivering  inventory analysis and reporting.  This is a key role for ensuring delivery of high-quality cost-effective materials on time, and avoiding supply shortages or outages to affect daily production.

2nd Shift Machine Operators (PDF)

Summary: The machine operator will perform a multitude of roles in the production shop, primarily focused on setting up and operating CNC milling machines and performing secondary machining operations. Essential duties will also involve performing primary and secondary assembly operations on the products as required. Other core responsibilities will involve such duties as shop safety, maintenance, cleaning, packing, loading and unloading trucks, all towards delivery of a timely and high quality product to our customers. Multiple openings, including first and second shifts that may change as growth and production capacity requirements demand. This is a unique ground floor opportunity to create and operate in a high-energy shop working environment in collaboration with the management of the company. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor at the Brunswick facility. Significant potential for advancement to other functional or leadership positions exist as the company rapidly grows through sales and expansion of our product lines.
