CNC Machine Operator (PDF)

Summary: The machine operator will perform a multitude of roles in the production shop, primarily focused on setting up and operating CNC milling machines and performing secondary machining operations. Essential duties will also involve performing primary and secondary assembly operations on the products as required. Other core responsibilities will involve such duties as shop safety, maintenance, cleaning, packing, loading and unloading trucks, all towards delivery of a timely and high quality product to our customers. This position will start as a 1st shift position, but will transition to 2nd shift as growth and production capacity requirements demand. This is a unique ground floor opportunity to create and operate in a high-energy shop working environment in collaboration with the management of the company. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor at the Brunswick facility. Significant potential for advancement to other functional or leadership positions exist as the company rapidly grows through sales and expansion of our product lines.

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in the sales team and company in achieving our ambitious sales goals. 

Assembly Tech (PDF)

Summary: The Manufacturing Supervisor supervises shop employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in manufacturing methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

Marketing Intern (PDF)

Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic sales and marketing intern to join our sales and marketing departments and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. The ideal candidate will assist in various stages of the sales and marketing funnels, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers. You will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams in all stages of sales and marketing campaigns.
