Human Resources Director (PDF)

Summary: The Human Resources Director reports to the VP of Finance and Administration and will be critical in supporting the current and upcoming company growth, providing strategic and operational HR leadership.

(Multiple Openings) 1st Shift, 2nd Shift Machine Operators (PDF)

Summary: The machine operator will perform a multitude of roles in the production shop, primarily focused on setting up and operating CNC milling machines and performing secondary machining operations. Essential duties will also involve performing primary and secondary assembly operations on the products as required. Other core responsibilities will involve such duties as shop safety, maintenance, cleaning, packing, loading and unloading trucks, all towards delivery of a timely and high quality product to our customers. Multiple openings, including first and second shifts that may change as growth and production capacity requirements demand. This is a unique ground floor opportunity to create and operate in a high-energy shop working environment in collaboration with the management of the company. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor at the Brunswick facility. Significant potential for advancement to other functional or leadership positions exist as the company rapidly grows through sales and expansion of our product lines.

Assembly Tech (PDF)

Summary: The assembly technician will perform a multitude of roles in the production shop, including but not limited to performing secondary machining operations and performing primary and secondary assembly operations on the products. Shipping Coordinator (PDF)

Summary: The shipping and receiving coordinator works in a manufacturing and assembly environment performing a multitude of tasks including verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, receiving and verifying incoming materials, arranging for the transportation of products, all toward delivery of a timely and high quality product to our customers.
