Chief Financial Officer / VP Finance

Summary: STARC Systems is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to join the senior leadership and their growing team in Brunswick, Maine. STARC is an innovative temporary containment solutions company working in occupied renovations and isolations in healthcare and non-healthcare markets. Founded in 2014, STARC has grown from 25 to 70 employees in the past two years, is a member of Inc. 500, has had projects in every state, Canada, Australia, and Germany, and is now established as the premier solutions provider in the market.  The CFO reports to the CEO supporting development of the strategic direction and managing the company’s accounting, budgeting, cash management, and financing functions in running the day-to-day and future business.

Sales Development Representative

Summary: STARC seeks driven, resilient, coachable, and collaborative Sales Development professionals. Successful candidates will be important drivers of new business opportunities for STARC and will experience the challenge and reward of being a part of the early stages of STARC’s dedicated outbound prospecting efforts.

Inside Sales Representative

Summary: STARC Systems, Inc., the leader in temporary wall containment for healthcare renovations, seeks a motivated, energetic, and diligent Inside Sales professional to generate business via prospecting, inbound lead nurturing, closing deals, and managing existing accounts while providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in the sales team and company in achieving our ambitious sales goals. 

(Multiple Openings) 1st Shift, 2nd Shift Machine Operators (PDF)

Summary: The machine operator will perform a multitude of roles in the production shop, primarily focused on setting up and operating CNC milling machines and performing secondary machining operations. Essential duties will also involve performing primary and secondary assembly operations on the products as required. Other core responsibilities will involve such duties as shop safety, maintenance, cleaning, packing, loading and unloading trucks, all towards delivery of a timely and high quality product to our customers. Multiple openings, including first and second shifts that may change as growth and production capacity requirements demand. This is a unique ground floor opportunity to create and operate in a high-energy shop working environment in collaboration with the management of the company. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor at the Brunswick facility. Significant potential for advancement to other functional or leadership positions exist as the company rapidly grows through sales and expansion of our product lines.
