Marketing and Sales Analyst

Summary: The successful Marketing and Sales Analyst will be a curious and highly motivated self-starter. This role requires a creative problem-solver, an ability to develop hypotheses and an approach to problem solving with limited direction, then to synthesize and communicate findings into actionable insights. The primary day-to-day focus will be analytics in support of integrated marketing and sales revenue cycles, customer analysis, including performance to target and forecasting.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist is tasked with ensuring that all company products meet/exceed our customers expectations. Duties include inspecting incoming raw materials and products to ensure conformity throughout the production process. When products fail to meet our high standards the Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for dispositioning the product, documenting reasons for the failures and working with the Manufacturing Manager to put in place process improvements to reduce/eliminate recurrence. The Quality Assurance Specialist is also responsible for developing and maintaining our Quality Management System and any/all external quality standard certifications that may be required (ie. ASTM E-84, CAN/ULC S102).

Business Development Manager

Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) contributes to STARC’s revenue and customer base by pursuing and securing new accounts and partnerships in industries and verticals identified in partnership with sales and marketing leadership. The BDM will determine addressable market, identify key prospects in the space, and position STARC Systems as the solution of choice. Ultimately, the BDM will transition “development” verticals to business as usual (BAU) sales and marketing team. REMOTE WORK OPTION AVAILABLE.

Content Manager

Summary: The ideal candidate will help us bring our corporate, product, and customer stories to life.  You will work very closely with other marketing team members to write, edit, and proof external facing content, both written and video, internal messaging, training content to ensure brand consistency and adherence to tone and voice. We are looking for an individual that is a storyteller at heart, has proven experience creating impactful and powerful written content, and is looking to be a core part of the team that is defining and building an industry leading brand. You need to be a self-starter that can research any topic, uncover relevant and compelling insights, and create impactful content, develop POVs, and establish thought leadership. You have a deep sense of the marketing funnel, audiences, and personas and are able to create content that is personalized to the audience and results in high engagement and conversion.
