The Founder’s Story
It started with one disrupted jobsite.
During a healthcare renovation, Tim Hebert watched crews build and tear down drywall barriers — over and over — just to contain dust. It was loud, wasteful, and disruptive to staff and patients alike. As a third-generation builder, he knew there had to be a smarter way. That moment sparked the idea for a reusable, zero-disruption containment system. In 2012, STARC was born — and today, Tim and the leadership team carry that same relentless drive to eliminate the disruption of construction for good.
