RealWall™ PANELS

Our flagship telescoping modular wall panels extend from 6’ 10” to 10’ 3” and come in widths of 12”, 18”, 24”, 32” and 42”. They feature a durable three-layer construction; a clean white painted aluminum front that faces the occupied area, sound attenuating foam core which reduces renovation noise by up to 50% and rugged galvanized steel back. STARC RealWall panels are the most durable and stable on the market and look like a real wall. Installation is easy, fast and disruption-free with our simple lift and drop panel connection. Two people can install 100’ of wall in one hour. The top and bottom panel gasketing creates an airtight solution which exceeds ICRA Class IV requirements and the system also exceeds ASTM E-84 standards for flame and smoke spread.

RealWall™ NEGATIVE AIR PANELS

Our RealWall fully integrated negative air panels feature the same durable construction of our standard panels and help create a negative air pressure environment which helps contain renovation dust, pathogens, and odors within the containment area—a requirement in critical spaces like healthcare and lab settings. These panels with their integrated internal tubing can easily integrate with exhaust registers, pressure monitor ports, and all common data recorders. These panels exceed ICRA Class IV requirements.

RealWall™ DOORS

STARC’s doors are the most rugged and durable on the market and we offer the only sliding door. Our hinged door has unmatched flexibility and allows for easy and quick modification in the field to swing in or out or to open left or right. An adjustable threshold/sweep gasket solves for uneven floors; and, rubber gaskets and seals keeps the dust and debris contained. We offer multiple lock options depend on the level of security needed.
