Most systems install in minutes, not hours. A two-person crew can typically set up 100 feet of wall in about an hour, depending on site conditions and configuration.
Panels can be installed on most standard commercial surfaces — including tile, concrete, carpet, and vinyl — thanks to their adjustable channel system and floor-to-ceiling gasketed seal.
Make sure gaskets are fully compressed, top rails are firmly engaged, and negative air panels are properly connected to your HEPA/air-scrubber system. Take a look at our Negative Air Panel videos for additional detail.
Absolutely. All STARC solutions are designed for repeated reuse. Panels can be reconfigured into new layouts, adjusted to different ceiling heights, and stored easily between projects.
Check that the floor is level, the telescoping top rail is fully extended, and all locks are properly engaged. If the issue persists, snap a photo and contact support — we can usually troubleshoot in minutes.
If your crew can set the first panel correctly, the rest should go quickly. Most teams build speed as they go — it’s normal to get faster after the first few panels.
